Welcome to RizzMind AI: Reply to Any Chat ("RizzMind AI", "we", "us", or "our"). RizzMind AI is an AI-powered assistant that helps you decide what to reply when you paste a message from work, friends, or anyone else — with reply suggestions across categories like Work & Professional, Friends & Groups, Roast & Comeback, and Apology & Repair.

This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, what we share, and your rights regarding your data when you use our mobile application.

By using RizzMind AI, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our application.

1. Information We Collect

We collect only the minimum data required to provide and improve our service.

Guest Use (No Sign-In Required):

You can use RizzMind AI without creating an account or signing in. In guest mode, we assign your device an anonymous guest identifier to track your daily free credits and reply history. This identifier is not linked to your real-world identity.

When You Sign In With Google (optional):

• Your Google display name (used to personalize your experience)
• Your Google email address (used as your account identifier)
• Your Google profile picture URL (displayed in your profile)
• Your Google unique user ID (used to link your account securely)

Usage & Activity Data:

• Message text you paste – the message you're replying to, sent to our AI provider solely to generate reply suggestions
• Generated replies – the AI-created reply variations (stored for your history)
• Category, objective & tone selections – e.g. Work, "say no politely," "Polite but firm"
• Copied replies – which reply variation you chose to copy, used to improve suggestion quality
• Reported content – if you flag a generated reply as inappropriate, we store the flagged text so we can review and improve our content filters
• Referral activity – your referral code and, if you were invited, the referrer's code, used to award bonus credits
• Daily usage credits – to manage free and premium usage limits

Device & Technical Data (Automatically Collected):

• Device details – device model, operating system version, and unique device identifiers
• IP address – used for security and spam prevention
• Session tokens – to keep you logged in securely

We do NOT collect: your contacts, your location, your camera or microphone access, or any sensitive personal information beyond the message text you choose to paste in. We do not request permissions beyond what is necessary. RizzMind AI currently works with pasted text only — it does not upload or process screenshots or images.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for these specific purposes:

• Account management – to create, authenticate, and maintain your account (or guest session)
• Core app functionality – to generate AI-powered reply suggestions based on the message you paste and your selected category, objective, and tone
• History – to let you revisit your previously generated replies
• Content safety – to review reports you submit and improve our filters for the Roast & Comeback category and other outputs
• Subscription management – to activate and manage your Premium plan via Razorpay
• Referral rewards – to credit bonus generations to you and the friend who referred you
• Security – to detect abuse, prevent spam, and protect user accounts
• Customer support – to respond to your queries or account issues

3. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share data only with the following trusted service providers who help us operate RizzMind AI:

• Google Authentication – for secure sign-in via Google OAuth (optional; not required to use the app).
• Google Gemini AI – to generate reply suggestions based on the message text you paste and your selected category, objective, and tone. Only the inputs needed to generate a reply are sent — not your account profile or contact details.
• Razorpay – our payment processor for Premium subscription purchases. We never store your card, UPI, or bank details directly on our servers.
• Hosting & Infrastructure – our secure cloud servers where your account data and history are stored.

We may also disclose information if required by law, court order, or government authority — only to the extent legally necessary.

4. Content You Paste Into RizzMind AI

Messages you paste often come from other people (a boss, friend, or family member). Please avoid pasting highly sensitive personal information (e.g. financial account numbers, government ID numbers, health information) beyond what's needed to get a reply suggestion. Pasted message text is sent to our AI provider only to generate your reply and is stored as part of your reply history under the retention terms in Section 6.

The Roast & Comeback category generates deliberately savage replies for fun. Generated output passes through a content filter intended to block slurs, threats, and identity-based attacks, and carries an in-app reminder not to send anything you wouldn't want sent back to you. You can flag any generated reply you find inappropriate using the in-app report feature, which sends it to us for review.

Replies from the Work & Professional and Apology & Repair categories carry an in-app reminder to review the AI's suggestion before sending, since AI-generated text can be imperfect and these situations often have real consequences.

5. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on secure servers. We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS/TLS encryption for all data in transit, and database access controls. While we strive to protect your personal data, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

6. Data Retention

• Account data – retained as long as your account is active
• Reply history – retained until you delete individual entries or delete your account
• Reported content – retained for content-safety review purposes
• Deleted account data – permanently erased within 30 days of account deletion request

7. Your Rights & Account Deletion

You have full control over your data. You can access your profile to view your data.

How to Delete Your Account: Go to Profile → Delete Account inside the RizzMind AI app. Your account and all data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

8. Children's Privacy

RizzMind AI is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information to us, please contact us immediately.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or legal requirements. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
